The digital x-rays we use decrease the radiation needed to capture high quality images, which can then be enlarged and viewed on the computer. This may help detect dental problems and clarify your diagnosis and treatment options with images you can see.
Root Canal or Extraction?
A dental operating microscope allows Dr. McNamara to complete treatment on teeth that may otherwise be extracted. By viewing teeth under high magnification additional areas within the roots may be found and disinfected to achieve a high level of success. In addition, a combination of disinfecting solutions along with agitating techniques ensures removal of as much bacteria and debris as possible.
